Current Collaborations
- Biomarker Factory: The Innate Immunity in Transplantation Lab is collaborating with the Biomarker Factory for a study entitled "Novel biomarkers for early detection of kidney transplant rejection."
- Pfizer: In April 2015, the Innate Immunity in Transplantation Lab will begin a study in collaboration with Pfizer called "Immune function of human leukocytes following Tofacitinib administration."
- Merck: The Innate Immunity in Transplantation Lab will soon begin a collaboration with Merck studying the "Role of RORgT inhibition in the prevention of allograft rejection."
- Epinomics: Also in the near future, a collaboration between the Innate Immunity in Transplantation Lab and Epinomics will begin a study called, "Immune monitoring of kidney transplant recipients using Assay for Transposase-Accessible Chromatin with high-throughput sequencing (ATAC-seq)."
