The Duke Division of Pediatric General Surgery is active in clinical care and research related to congenital diaphragmatic hernias in children.
Our team of physician-scientists collaborates with perinatologists, neonatologists, pediatric surgeons, neonatal nurses, therapists, pharmacists, and social workers to provide the highest quality of patient care and to conduct research that ensures the best possible outcomes for our patients.
Our work with this patient population allows us to examine surgical best practices and to continually examine and research ways to treat this rare condition.
