Gayathri Devi, PhD, Division of Surgical Sciences, has received the Duke AHEAD Supporting Health Professions Educators (DASHE) award. This award will support data management and dissemination of the translational sciences survey results from the Duke MERITS education program in the Department of Surgery.
Additionally, this funding will foster collaborations with the Duke Office of Clinical Research (DOCR), the Duke Clinical and Translational Science Institute (CTSI), and Duke faculty toward the development of an education program that enhances the diversity of the biomedical, behavioral, and clinical research workforce.
