Muath Bishawi, MD, MPH, Thoracic Surgery Resident, was invited by the American College of Cardiology (ACC) to join the Fellow in Training (FIT) Editorial Team for ACC.org's Clinical Topics in Cardiac Surgery Collection. Dr. Bishawi’s main research focus is on clinical outcomes after adult cardiac surgery. His work on the FIT Editorial Team will include developing ideas for the collection and reviewing submitted material for accuracy, completeness, and fair and balanced treatment.
