Vacation
Vascular Surgery fellows will be allotted two one-week paid vacations, which must be scheduled at least one month in advance by sending an email request to the Program Director. Failure to request the time off may result in the request being disallowed for that time period.
Academic Conferences
Vascular Surgery fellows are encouraged to attend one meeting per academic year. All travel must occur in the U.S. Fellows are encouraged to be academically productive and will be granted additional meeting time for approved meetings where they have had an abstract accepted.
Fellows should check with the Program Director prior to submitting abstracts to determine if the meeting is an approved meeting. Failure to do so may result in the travel to said meeting being disallowed.
