My research interests lie in organ transplantation and regenerative medicine, where I enjoy exploring fundamental scientific questions. I am pursuing a career as a surgeon-scientist, combining clinical practice with research. In my free time, I enjoy playing the accordion and cello, cycling and hiking through the beautiful landscapes of North Carolina, reading books about history, and I love working in the garden.
