Michael Lipkin, MD, Associate Professor of Surgery, Division of Urology, has been selected as a Duke Clinical Leadership Program (DCLP) Fellow.
Sponsored by the Duke Margolis Center for Health Policy, the DCLP is a leadership development program for high potential candidates to provide assistance in assuming larger leadership roles across Duke. Participants receive training in finance strategy, human resources, negotiation, reform, and new models of care. Fellows of the program also complete a project of significance for the healthcare system.
Through a competitive selection process, Dr. Lipkin was selected with 25 other fellows to participate in the program, which begins in January 2018.
