Brett Phillips, MD, Associate Professor of Surgery, has been selected by the Plastic Surgery Foundation (PSF) as the Clinical Study Section’s recipient of the 2025 Bernard G. Sarnat Excellence in Grant Writing Award.
Dr. Phillips earned this recognition for his successful 2025 PSF Pilot Research Grant application, “Assessment of Topical Minoxidil on Skin Flap Viability in Breast Reconstruction.” His proposal received the top score among Clinical Study Section applications this past year.
