Dr. John Migaly Appointed New Vice Chair of Education
The Duke University School of Medicine, Department of Surgery is pleased to announce the appointment of John Migaly, MD, FACS, FASCRS, as the new Vice Chair of Education for the Department of Surgery.
Dr. Migaly is an Associate Professor with tenure in the Division of Surgical Oncology and has served as the Program Director of the General Surgery Residency for the past decade.
Duke Surgery Ranks #2 in U.S. News & World Report’s 2022 Medical School Rankings
The U.S. News & World Report has ranked the Duke University School of Medicine 2nd in surgery among the best medical schools in the country. Specialty rankings for participating schools are determined by medical school deans and senior faculty from the 122 schools surveyed.
