The Duke Department of Surgery published the 2023 Annual Report a holistic review of the department’s 2023 Fiscal Year (FY ’23), which covers the months of July 2022 to June 2023.
The 2023 Annual Report highlights many of Duke Surgery's individual and team achievements over the past year, from faculty and staff honors, to our advancements in novel research and patient care, to education initiatives and trainee successes, and a commitment to creating a better community within and outside of the department's walls.
The report closes by looking ahead to the coming year, in which Duke Surgery will welcome new faculty, anticipate clinical care milestones, and continue advancing toward more equity, diversity, and inclusion in surgical practice.
