What were you looking for in a residency program?

From my interview experience at Duke, I expected to work with excellent peers and mentors, to be supported in my endeavors, and to have access to large clinical volume/complexity. After a few months at Duke, my expectations have been far exceeded. I could not be happier!

What advice do you have for incoming interns?

Do what you love and you'll never work a day in your life.
