Congratulations to Dr. Michael Mulvihill, Resident in General Surgery, who received a Basic Science Fellowship Research Grant from the American Society of Transplantation (AST) Transplantation and Immunology Research Network (TIRN).

Dr. Mulvihill was selected for this award based on his research proposal “Role of Mitochondrial Injury in the Pathogenesis of Primary Graft Dysfunction following Cardiac Transplantation.”
