Registration includes tuition, continental breakfasts, refreshment breaks, welcome reception and luncheons. In an effort to be more environmentally conscious, we will only distribute conference proceedings to the attendees electronically. We recommend that you bring your laptop or tablet to the lectures if you wish to follow along and take notes. Wifi will be available.
International Visitor Requirements

Consent to Use of Photographic Images
Attendance at or participation in Duke Surgery Office of Continuing Medical Education (DSCME) sponsored meetings and other activities constitutes an agreement by the registrant to DSCME's use and distribution (both now and in the future) of the registrant or attendee's image or voice in photographs, videos, electronic reproductions, and audio recordings of such events and activities.
Consent to Distribute Roster
Attendance at or participation in DSCME sponsored meetings and other activities constitutes an agreement by the registrant to allow the distribution of event rosters to Duke Surgery affiliates and event supporters at the discretion of DSCME.
The DSCME reserves the right to cancel an event due to low enrollment, Force Majeure, or other circumstances which would make the event non-viable.
- If a Registrant cancels, a $50 administration fee will apply for cancellations received in writing more than 14 days prior to the start of the course. All refund requests must be made in writing by the attendee or credit card holder. Refund requests must include the name of the attendee and/or transaction number.
- There will be no refunds if canceling within 14 days of the start of the event. Refunds will not be available to registrants who do not give advance notice of cancellation and who do not show up at the event.
