Directions

Walking from PG 2 to the Duke University Searle Conference Center located in the Seeley G. Mudd Building:

1. Park in Parking Garage 2 (PG II) on Erwin Road across from Duke University Hospital
2. Go straight ahead through the main lobby to the visitor elevators and then fork to the right (Following the signs to the Searle Center/Seeley G. Mudd Building)
3. Follow signs for the hallway to the Searle Center
4. At the end of the hallway, continue on the outdoor walkway leading directly to the Mudd building.
5. The Mudd building entrances will be on the right. Enter through the door labeled “Commons/Searle Ctr.”  Wait for the elevator and press the Searle Center button
6. Exit the elevator and take a left toward the lecture hall and registration desk

Driving Directions to Searle Center @ DUMC Seeley G. Mudd building (located at 10 Searle Center Drive)

Via 147 Durham Freeway from the East

1. Take the Elba Street/Trent Drive Exit (Exit 15 A).
2. Enter the right lane and follow straight onto Elba Street.
3. Enter the left lane after the road splits.
4. Before you reach the next light, drive into the Parking Deck on your left.

 Via I-40 from West (Greensboro)

1. Take exit 270 for US-15/US-501 toward Chapel Hill/Durham.
2. Turn right onto US-15 N/US-501 N/Durham-Chapel Hill Blvd.
3. Take exit 107 for 751 toward Duke Univ/W Campus.
4. Turn right onto 751 Cameron Blvd.
5. Take the 1st left onto Erwin Road.
6. Turn left at Fulton Street (across from main entrance to Duke Hospital).
7. Turn right onto Elba Street, and then turn right into the Parking Deck.

Via I-85 from South or West (Greensboro)

1. Take Exit 172 onto the Durham Freeway.
2. Take 147 Durham Freeway South (Exit 108 B) to Fulton Street (Exit 15 B).
3. On Fulton Street, take a left onto Elba Street, and then turn right into the Parking Deck.

Via US 15-501 from the North (Roxboro)

1. Follow the US 15-501 Bypass to the right when it branches at the Exxon station.
2. The street name will change to Duke Street.
3. Follow Duke Street to its intersection with Club Boulevard, by Northgate Mall.
4. Turn right onto Club Boulevard.
5. Follow Club Boulevard until it ends.
6. Turn left onto Hillandale Road, which changes into Fulton Street.
7. On Fulton Street, take a left onto Elba Street, and then turn right into the Parking Deck.
