The Division of Dentistry offers care and consultation for pediatric patients. Services include an infant oral health program, oral habit cessation program, early intervention orthodontic program, pediatric dental trauma program, and an oral pathology diagnostic program. The Division also offers pediatric dentistry for medically compromised patients, including dental health screening for patients prior to transplant, chemotherapy, or radiation therapy; management of patients at risk for sub-acute bacterial endocarditis; and management of patients requiring blood products prior to dental care.
